Para este post quería contarles acerca de una de las cosas que mas me gusta hacer: comer. No soy una persona que coma gran variedad de comidas, soy bastante (demasiado) exquisita a decir verdad, pero lo cierto es que lo que como, amo comerlo. Mi debilidad son los postres: tortas, cupcakes, brownies, helado… Y como buena fan de lo dulce, con un poco de curiosidad y tiempo libre, descubrí a esta persona que fue la elegida para preparar mi torta de cumpleaños, y que sin dudas le haría 1 pedido por día de no ser porque no quiero que sufran mi billetera ni mi cuerpo. Se trata de Tatiana Koruk, una pastelera que derrocha creatividad y talento, y que tal vez algunos ya hayan visto alguna de sus creaciones en alguna red social. La encontré en mi inicio, cuando Santiago Maratea subió un video de una de sus tortas a instagram, y fue amor a primera vista. Entré a su cuenta de instagram (@tatianakoruk) y se me hacía agua la boca con cada foto que veía. Decididamente le escribí por inbox y le pedí una de sus tortas, la Candy Cake. Creo que las fotos hablan por si solas, esta torta es una BOMBA. Y voy a decirles que no fue fácil elegir, tiene bastante variedad, cada torta es única y tiene su toque personal, y todas parecen riquísimas y dignas de ser probadas. Todo el tiempo esta innovando y creando cosas nuevas, lo que me parece fantástico. No tiene local a la calle, pero trabaja por encargo y es excelente en lo que hace. Su prolijidad y dedicación se evidencia incluso en pequeños detalles como la etiqueta o el pequeño cartel que informa si la torta necesita o no frío. Así que si están cerca de alguna celebración o simplemente son fanáticas de la repostería como yo, es un MUST que prueben estas delicias!

For this post I wanted to talk about one of the things I like the most: eating. I’m not exactly that kind of person that eats everything, i’m pretty picky actually, but those things that I like, I enjoy eating them a lot. My weak point is desserts: cakes, cupcakes, brownies, ice cream… And as a good sweets fan, I discovered this person (that I actually chose to prepare my birthday cake), to whom i would buy at least one thing every day if I could, but I don’t want my wallet and body to suffer. Her name is Tatiana Koruk, she’s an Argentinean baker who has lot’s of talent and creativity, and probably you have seen some of her masterpieces in the social media. I found her on my instagram feed, when “Santiago Maratea” uploaded a video of one of her cakes, and it was love at first sight. I followed her on her instagram account (@tatianakoruk) and I felt my mouth watering with every picture. I wrote to her on Facebook asking for one of her cakes, the Candy Cake. I think the pictures can speak on their own, this cake is DA BOMB. And I have to say it wasn’t easy to choose, she has a huge variety, and every cake is unique and has it’s own personal touch; everyone looks delicious and worth tasting. She doesn’t have an actual store, you’ll have to talk to her on her social media to ask for one of her cakes, but she is really good at what she does. She’s tidy and dedicated, and you can see this in the little details like the tag saying if the cake needs or not to be frozen (i’m a sucker for packaging). So if you are planning on a party or you simply are a bakery fan like me, it’s a MUST for you to try this!
